Tech 101: Internet Basics

MTPL Community Survey

MTPL wants to hear from you! It will only take a few short minutes to answer a series of questions about how (or if) you use library resources, and your response will give us greater insight for future planning and help guide the development of our 2026-2031 strategic plan! Visit https://tinyurl.com/MTPLCommunitySurvey to record your answers.

The survey will be live through Friday, May 1st and all answers are completely anonymous.

Program Description

Body

Behind or new to technology? Come to our Tech 101 classes for adults to learn beginner level computer and smart device tips in small, exclusive tutoring sessions with our technology librarian Ms. Roxanne.

The Tech 101 class will focus on the basics of using the internet, including what a web browser is, how to change its size, and how to search for information online.

Note: Due to limited space and resources, each tutoring session allows a maximum of 4 people. If you are placed on the wait list, feel free to request a 1-on-1 appointment with one of our librarians.
