Body

Many teens before and especially after COVID-19 are concerned about a lack of welcoming community spaces for them to hang out and develop crucial social and life sills, and are limited to staying at home all day. The Baby Bird Project aims to change that, providing adolescents with a place to meet new people their age and develop social skills, along with learning how to crochet and knit items to donate to the animal shelter, earning volunteer hours at the same time that can be used for school graduation requirements.
